Flange Extensions (EX Series)

VSI’s Flange Extensions (EX Series) complement the PillarLIFT Grinder Station and the Px Drop-In product line. The Wing Flanges (Electrical) are for extending the 2” Aluminum conduit if burial of the tank exceeds 18 inches. The Circle Flanges (Water) are used to extend the force main elevation height. Extensions come in 8”, 16”, 32” and 48” increments. Standard Wing and Circle Flanges come with a 1/8" EDPM 70 Durometer Gasket.
The Circle Flange is rated for 200 psi and comes standard on every PillarLIFT and Px Drop-In. If higher pressure is anticipated, Class 150 (275 psi) through Class 1500 (3600 psi) flanges are available. Circle Flanges come in 1-¼”, 1-½” and 2” diameter schedule 40 pipe aluminum or stainless steel (304 or 316) pipe. Threaded extensions (MPT) are available in 8” and 16” Circle Flanges for extending and adapting to pumps.
